John Barsby Community School

Hey There!

The students at my school, i think, have the potential to be amazing and supportive to those who need it. i think that my school is sort of like a family and we can all learn to support eachother with all of our hearts and faith.

My goals for this group are:

  • To see a change for the best in my town.
  • To see Jesus be shown through others at my school.
  • To see a positive impact in people's lives from being shown Jesus.

These are just a few, there are many, many more! My school has the potential and attitude to know and show Jesus Christ through their acts of kindness! If we Believe...we can achieve!

A Revolution In The Making

 Hi there!
  •     Tiffany here, from John Barsby Community School.  first i'd like to thank everyone for their support, such as: My Youth Pastor, My Principal, My Friends. My Sister. thanks to all of you my school's revolution plan has begun!
 
  • Right now. I'm worried about the fact that teens aren't finding my prayer group interesting. how can i make it more interesting to them? i need ideas desperately. i need something to spice up the excitement and get teens in my school to realize God's work and how we can help to make others see it.
 
  • Also, God works many wonders...Amen? well i have realized in the last week or so that there are many students in my school who are stressing over tests, relationships, family or whatever and some are turning to drugs, alcohol and or suicide. now, i have prayed over and over again for them and i am hoping that they can open their hearts and realize that there's people in this world that care about them...especially God. so all i can do so far is to keep trying and give them as much of my time and attention and hope that they will realize that. i believe that there are power in numbers, so if you could just help me pray for them that would be amazing! Thanks!
