Values

Compassion

We are inspired and led by compassion.  Students are led by compassion in the movements within their schools.  We simply come alongside what they are up to and support them with training, resources, and ideas.

Creativity

We think outside the box.  We embrace and love new ideas.  We love artists and the role that they play in society.

Community

We believe that two are better than one and support teamwork, mentoring, and friendships at all times.  We are about building the Kingdom of Heaven, not personal kingdoms on earth.  We believe that it is important to worship among a community of believers and encourage the active involvement in a local church.

Empowerment

We believe that students are the most appropriate missionaries for their schools and thus fully empower them to become leaders in their school.  We desire to see others grow and achieve great things for the Kingdom of God.  We believe that students are fully capable of ministering to their schools.

Generosity

We believe that everyone benefits from a generous lifestyle.  We encourage all people to live generously with their time, possessions, words, and prayers.

Honesty

We believe that the purity of communication and information, whether external or internal will determine the quality of our decisions and the strength of our relationships.

Orthodoxy

We maintain a strong stand on the principles of truth that have been recorded in the Holy Bible.  We have adopted the Lausanne Covenant as our statement of faith.  We also recognize rich traditions that have the ability to enrich our orthodoxy.

Gardening

We value the work that happens underground, even if we cannot see immediate results.
